| To qulaify
for wholesale pricing and discounts all applicants must
meet the following minimum requirements. |

| • Your
company should be a reseller of printing or other supplies
and not an end user |
| • Minimum
order quantities must be 900 sq feet of any combination
of product size and color |
| • To
maintain distributor status we require atleast four minimum
orders per 12 month period |
