Return Policy

Exac-Tac is committed to your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, return them for refund.

Refunds, less shipping, handling and a 5% inspection and restocking charge will be made for product returned in its original condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

If your product was damaged during shipment to you and an exchange is desired the 5% restocking charge as well as the original shipping and handing costs will be waived. Simply send the order back to Exac-Tac at the address below within 30 days of the original delivery date. Once Exac-Tac receives the return, a replacement order will be shipped to you at no extra charge.
